(Watercolor & pen) This is a self portrait of me and my tattoos, they don’t mean something to me in their design exactly but the fact that I got them and only have put my own art on my body. While it’s not very often some people see that art as separate from me. You hear the phrases “stickers on a ferrari” or “what happens when you wrinkle or marry”. I feel people digging into me taking pieces of me as they sit fit but my tattoos can’t get ripped out. They provide an identity grip and that’s what I thought of while making this piece.
